Cristian is the founder of radix.partners and consultant for advanced therapies operational value chain. A graduate of business administration he brings expertise in supply chain management and business operations across pharmaceuticals and biotech. He has a proven track record in scaling commercial operations, having led gene therapy manufacturing and supply chains through pivotal clinical trials and contributing to both EMA and FDA approvals.
For the past five years, Cristian has been at the forefront of driving operational excellence in commercial gene therapy supply chain at Orchard Therapeutics, designing, integrating and leading end-to-end processes to ensure efficient patient scheduling, raw materials planning and manufacturing readiness.
With experience in clinical/commercial supply and leveraging tailored integrated business planning (IBP) techniques, he partners with growing and established biotech companies to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and deliver strategic and practical results whilst reducing cost, truly unlocking the wider value chain and delivering impactful solutions to current industry challenges whilst innovating for the future.
Jesse Gallagher

Clinical Trials Operations
Jesse is our Senior Consultant specialising in Clinical Trials and Laboratory Operations. With an M.Sc., in Biomedical Science she brings deep expertise in clinical trials management, translational science, regulatory compliance, and has a passion for the development of emerging therapies. Over the course of her career, Jesse has successfully led clinical trials through critical phases, ensuring data integrity, regulatory alignment, and operational excellence.
For the past several years, she was Team Lead / Head of the Immune Monitoring team at Achilles Therapeutics combining GCLP and leadership, optimising clinical trial strategies, generating high-quality ICH E6 clinical data, and ensuring rigorous compliance oversight within the Translational Science department.
With hands-on experience in both pre-clinical R&D and early-phase clinical trials, her approach combines technical leadership with pragmatic solutions to deliver on complex, high-impact projects in advanced therapies.
Sebastian Mayer
Consultant
Contract Development & Manufacturing Operations
Trained as a Protein Engineer with a doctorate from University of Cambridge and nearly two decades of experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry, Sebastian has built a strong foundation in external supply chain management and contract manufacturing, Over his extensive career at GSK, Sebastian worked in various pivotal roles, including leading parts of the GMP operations for the Cell & Gene Therapy platform and successfully managed partnerships with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) across GMP-compliant plasmid manufacture, cell banking, and lentivirus manufacturing. His responsibilities also included overseeing contracts, timelines, budgets, and ensuring best in class project management - an area in which he holds a PMP certification.
Beyond cell and gene therapy, Sebastian has worked across diverse range of therapeutic platforms, including antibody fragments, antibody fragment-peptide fusion proteins, and targeted nanoparticles. he has extensive experience in external collaborations, working closely with business development, compliance, legal, and intellectual property team to drive strategic outsourcing initiatives.
He now brings his wealth of experience to operations consultancy. His extensive background in cell and gene therapy, process development, and external collaborations positions him as a trusted advisor in helping companies navigate the operational complexities of 3rd party selection and key raw materials sourcing and drive innovative solutions in the ever-evolving landscape of advanced therapies.
